Happy Harder is a philosophy

Happy Harder is a reflection of the fact that a harder body can lead to a more resilient spirit and a happier mind. To wear Happy Harder is to be a representative of a philosophy. That physical training is far more important than what happens in the mirror.

Studies show that exercise leads to more energy, greater physical strength, to a better memory, to improved attention and can even have protective effects against Alzheimer's and Dementia. Just to name a few...

And while all of those benefits are reason to incorporate physical training into ones life. The immensely powerful and transformative effect on mental health is the core value of Happy Harder.

Beyond the science of Dopamine, Serotonin and Norepinephrine.

Physical action is one of the fastest and most effective ways to make ourselves happier. To wear Happy Harder is to both recognize and promote that understanding.
